the PRACTICEは、ギタリスト脱退後、1000travels of jawaharlalのShimodaがギタリストとして新加入し、オリジナルベーシストをオルガンにコンバート。更にベーシストを加え、渾身のパンキー レゲエナンバーを収録。対する What-A-Night's の今作は、'70,'80年代のハードロックエッセンスを内包した新境地!なお、Minority Blues Bandのメンバーが在籍しているため、かつて、imomushi recordsでリリースした1000travels of JawaharlalとMinorityBluesBandのスプリットCDの再現となるか。運命的なリリース。ジャケットデザインはマサシット。
