イギリスのアナーコパンクバンド「RUDIMENTARY PENI（ルディメンタリー・ペニ）」による1995年のアルバムが、2024年にリマスター再発！
バンドは1980年、実験的エレクトロニックユニット「The Magits」解散後に結成され、メンバーは結成当初から変わらず、Nick Blinko（ギター＆ボーカル）、Grant Matthews（ベース）、Jon Greville（ドラム）の3人。Grantのがん治療のため80年代中期に4年間の活動休止はあったものの、現在も精力的に活動を続けています。
Nickはアーティストとしても知られ、彼の手による不穏で狂気的なアートワークと、陰鬱でサイケデリックなアナーコパンク・サウンドは、アメリカのバンド「NEUROSIS」にも影響を与え、今なおカルト的な人気を誇ります。
